The ESADE Alumni Health & Pharma Club invites you to their 4th Summer Meeting featuring ''Leadership and motivation in tomorrow’s pharma. The road to the top'', a talk by Araceli Segarra.
Determined to make this year’s summer meeting unforgettable and quite different from previous years, it was decided to invite a world-class speaker from outside the healthcare and pharma world and yet with plenty of experience of the pharmaceutical industry and the health sector in general: Araceli Segarra.
Team motivation is of crucial importance for corporate development and Araceli Segarra is a speaker specialised in this area. During her long career as a speaker she has given talks about team motivation for many pharma companies always drawing parallels with world of sport, i.e. mountaineering.
The talk will be followed by a networking cocktail.

First Spaniard to climb Everest. More than 30 expeditions around the world. Solo climb of Amadablam (Himalayas 6,812m). Has climbed the Captain rock face in Yosemite (1,000m vertical), and the Pomme d'Or ice face in Canada (400m vertical). Araceli has also opened up new routes along rock faces in Oman, Iran and Mali, plus many other climbs.

Creator of the Shirtas brand of t-shirts. Contributor to television programs on TV2 and 8TV, Discovery Channel documentaries, National Geographic and radio programmes. Currently an adventure sports commentator on Arucitys, the programme by Alfonso Arús.
